Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronic item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship to Tecnoant

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for tracked transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technical team will inspect the device for functionality and condition, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
